As part of the Gender and Development (GAD) Training Program to spread awareness among the personnel on laws, rules, and policies on bullying, discrimination and harassment, the National Irrigation Administration Aklan-Capiz Irrigation Management Office-Banga, Aklan headed by Engr. Raymond B. Mojares, held an all-day training/seminar entitled “Workplace Culture: Dealing with Bullying, Discrimination, and Harassment” on December 22, 2022, at the Aklan State University-Review Center, Banga-Campus.
Distinguished DILG Region VI Division Chief, Local Government Monitoring and Evaluation Division Maricel M. Bechayda served as the resource speaker for the said training/seminar. The activity aimed to promote good working relations and protect the employees against such cases to provide a safe and inclusive work environment.
A total of 65 employees attended, get out of the office for a day
and gained new insights.
