REGIONAL OFFICE: The Regional Manager A is the head of the Regional Office. He is supported by two Division Manager A for engineering and operations; and administrative and finance.
FIELD OFFICES: There are four Irrigation Management Offices(IMOs) under the region: Antique, Aklan Capiz, Iloilo Guimaras and Negros Occidental. Each IMO is headed by a Division Manager A who are responsible for the construction and rehabilitation of irrigation projects and systems in one or a cluster of provinces which implements the operation and maintenance (O&M) plans of irrigation systems in collaboration with the farmer-beneficiaries. The Irrigation Management Offices consist of six clustered provinces namely; Antique, Aklan, Capiz, Iloilo, Guimaras and Negros Occidental.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE: The Jalaur River Multi-purpose Project II (JRMP II) is headed by the Project Manager who is also the Regional Manager of the region in his concurrent capacity. It is implementing the foreign assisted funded by the government of Korea.
