A series of continuous pre-construction conferences were strategically organized and held across multiple locations in the provinces of Aklan and Capiz to ensure proper coordination and alignment among stakeholders before the commencement of irrigation project activities.
On April 3, 2025, conferences were successfully held for Aklan RIS Banga, Aklan RIS Lezo, Buenavista CIS, Tigbawan CIS, and Argao-Napaan CIS. The following day, April 4, 2025, similar sessions took place for Sta. Cruz-Batuan CIS, Mambusao RIS, and San Vicente CIS. The conference for Daja CIS followed on April 7, 2025.
Lastly, the pre-construction conference for Ortegas CIS was carried out on April 10, 2025. These activities served as vital platforms for discussing project timelines, implementation strategies, roles and responsibilities, and addressing potential issues to ensure a smooth project rollout.
