In order to set clear goals and align Public Relations activities with the vision, mission, and objectives of the agency, the NIA Region VI Public Relations / Public Affairs and Information Team held a Strategic Planning Workshop as part of the 3-day PR Team Strategic Planning Workshop and Team Building on Feb. 16-18, 2022 at Diversion 21 Hotel, Iloilo City.
Ms. Mona Pico, a faculty member of the University of San Agustin and technical consultant to various multi-sectoral bodies in the local government and national government agencies, served as the Facilitator of the activity.
The results of SWOT analysis, goal setting, and identifying Key Result Areas were used to finalize the CY 2022 Comprehensive Communication Plan that shall be used as guide for the conduct of PR Activities this year.
