Ms. Luzvisminda J. Gallentes, President of the Doldol Irrigators’ Association, Inc. under the Bago River Irrigation System, Negros Occidental IMO, has been recognized with the Abanse Babaye para sa Dunang Manggad Award for her outstanding contributions to environmental conservation and sustainability.
