Earlier this month, the Right-of-Way and Survey Teams of the Panay River Basin Integrated Development Project (PRBIDP) participated in a Team Building Workshop titled Teamwork and Its Dynamics led by Mr. Sean Gerard Angel Z. Pijuan.
As a newly formed team tasked with conducting the right-of-way, survey, and social, economic, and cultural impact assessment for the project, this workshop provided a valuable opportunity to enhance collaboration, communication, and teamwork. It was also a great way to build strong working relationships that will contribute to the success of the project.
A big shoutout to Mr. Pijuan for serving the public by sharing his expertise in people management, communication, and operations, to ensure that the team is stronger and more connected as they embark on this important project.
