The NIA- Regional Office VI successfully conducted a two-day training session on the Online Procurement Management Plan and Purchase Request Information System (OPPIS) for the NIA-Antique Irrigation Management Office at the Farmers Training Center. This initiative, held on October 3-4, 2024, aimed to enhance the procurement management capabilities of the organization.
The training focused on equipping participants with the knowledge and skills necessary and new processes to effectively utilize OPPIS in managing supplies, materials, and equipment procurement. By adopting this system, the NIA-AIMO seeks to improve operational efficiency and ensure the proper use of procurement processes and documentation.
The OPPIS training provided by the NIA Regional Office represents a major advancement for NIA-AIMO in strengthening its procurement management skills. By deepening participants’ understanding of the system, the training seeks to optimize operations, enhance data management, and better support the organization's mission.
