In observance of the Third Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill 2024, employees of the NIA Regional Office VI and the Iloilo-Guimaras Irrigation Management Office participated with full commitment in the Duck, Cover, Hold, and Evacuation Protocol.
The said activity aligns with the Office of Civil Defense’s Memorandum to conduct a Quarterly Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) to promote preparedness in offices when unprecedented adversaries occur.
The earthquake drill was led by the designated Fire and Earthquake Chief, Mr. Verdin Paul Deocampo of NIA Regional Office VI, ensuring a well-coordinated and effective response to earthquake scenarios.
