NIA VI AND ILOILO-GUIMARAS IMO CONDUCT IEC FOR THE CABANO SRIP

The National Irrigation Administration Region VI and Iloilo-Guimaras Irrigation Management Office gathered project affected residents of Brgy. Aguilar, San Lorenzo, Guimaras to conduct an Information, Education, and Communication campaign on the status of the Cabano Small Reservoir Irrigation Project (CSRIP).

Held at the Covered Gym of Brgy. Aguilar, San Lorenzo, Guimaras on August 20, 2024, the key staff from the NIA Regional Office VI and Iloilo-Guimaras Irrigation Management Office discussed topics regarding the project’s update and overview, Right-of-Way status, and environmental impacts and mitigating measures of the CSRIP. An open forum was also held to address issues and gather feedback from the project affected community.
