Señadoza, together with Federation of Irrigators Association President Ms. Chuchie Santillan opened the Intake gates of Pangiplan River Irrigation System (PRIS) for Wet Crop 2024 on May 15, 2024. PRIS has a total firmed-up service area of 1,373.71 has. in the City of Himamaylan and Municipality of Binalbagan, Negros Occidental with a total of 1,422 farming household beneficiaries. For CY 2024, it has programmed 1,373.71 has. of irrigated rice in wet and dry crops.
Amid the threats of El Niño, NIA-NOIMO continues to serve the farmer-irrigators of the province.
