As technology is constantly evolving, the National Irrigation Administration must embrace new technology to enhance its workflow.
The Software Developers from the Management Information Division, led by Ms. Sussie Taniegra, in collaboration with staff from the Human Resource Division and Administrative Department, under the guidance of Ms. Portia Angulo Sandoval from the NIA Central Office, have developed the Personnel Attendance Monitoring Information Sub-System (PAMIS). This system aims to digitally track and manage each employee's attendance records, including hours of duty, leave applications, overtime requests, and more.
