The National Irrigation Administration- Central Office CARP-IC Validation team, headed by CARP-IC Manager Engr. Wilhelm S. Tiangco, IDD Manager Engr. Ricardo C. Lopez, Engr. Maria Theresa C. Lee, and Irrigators’ Development Officer Ms. Divina M. Alidio, conducted an evaluation for Search for Outstanding Irrigators’ Association CY 2022 (CARP-IC Category) to Bungahin Irrigators’ Association, Inc. The IA was represented by its 2022 IA President, Ms. Jona Altea together with her officers and Board of Directors at BIA Office, Brgy. Odiong, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental.
Hon. Ella Celestina Garcia-Yulo, Municipal Mayor of Moises Padilla showed her support in the said evaluation together with Hon. Vincent Bryan Garcia, Sangguniang Bayan Member and representatives from Provincial Agrarian Reform Coordinating Committee, (PARCCOM) Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) and Barangay Odiong Council.
