The National Irrigation Administration Region VI represented by Regional Manager Engr. Rory F. Avance and the Securities and Exchange Commission represented by Atty. Ma. Cristina T. Montelibano signed a Memorandum of Agreement for collaborative, efficient, and strong partnerships (between NIA and SEC) at NIA Regional Office, Conference Room this morning.
Both parties agreed to be partners in establishing and sustaining a campaign Network on Investor Education-related advocacies. With the MOA, successful and effective implementation of joint programs is expected to highly benefit the Irrigator’s Associations all over the region.
