Following the retirement of Aklan-Capiz Irrigation Management Office Division Manager A, Engr. Lorena B. Sioco, the flag is passed to its new Acting Division Manager Engr. Raymond B. Mojares.
A momentous ceremony was held today, November 9, 2022 at ACIMO Conference Room, Linabuan Sur, Banga, Aklan. NIA Region VI Regional Manager A Engr. Rory F. Avance act as the Presiding Officer for the event.
Sioco assumed office as Acting Division Manager of ACIMO on January 18, 2018 and was fully pledged as Division Manager A on March 26, 2019. She has served 36 years in service for the agency and became Division Manager of Negros Occidental Irrigation Management Office before in ACIMO.
Mojares served as Principal Engineer A of Iloilo-Guimaras Irrigation Management Office before he was assigned as the new manager of ACIMO.
Present in the ceremony were Division Managers of Regional Office and Irrigation Management Offices in the region. Federation Presidents of Irrigators Associations also graced the occasion with some members and personnel of Aklan and Capiz.
