NIA ROVI ASSESSES ANTIQUE ACCOMPLISHMENTS

“We are here not to find faults but to extend support if there is a need for intervention. But the way I see it, Antique IMO has greatly improved. The efforts of the IMO Manager and the cooperation of all the employees have contributed to this improvement. Indeed, human resources play a vital role in any organization. Treat them well and they will likewise perform well.” Engr. Rory F. Avance, Regional Manager said during the 3rd Quarter Assessment on Project Implementation on October 25, 2022 at the Farmers Training Center, San Jose, Antique.

The physical and financial status of each project were meticulously discussed. As to date, Antique IMO has 94.38% physical accomplishment while financial accomplishment is 67.07%. “I will strictly monitor the project implementation and we will make sure to accomplish the projects within the given target date,” Engr. Ma. Elena T. Basco said. Recommendations were also presented to the issues and concerns raised regarding project implementation.

“The financial aspect of the project must also be given attention. There is a directive from the Deputy Administrator for Administrative and Finance that all financial obligations must be completed at the end of the year.” Engr. Avance reminded the participants.

Although the assessment focused on the Construction Unit, the Section Chiefs and the Unit Chiefs also attended.

Also present to give insights, status and updates were Ms. Lyn Grace B. Causing, Division Manager A, Administrative and Finance Section, Engr. Rebecca F. Grana, Engineering and Construction Section Chief, and staff.
