The Engineering and Institutional Development Unit of Aklan-Capiz Irrigation Management Office (ACIMO) in the province of Aklan conducted a Review and Planning Workshop on January 11-12, 2022, held at Aklan State University (ASU) Conference Hall, Banga, Aklan.
The activity aimed to review the accomplishments of Engineering personnel, including the survey team and Irrigators’ Development Officers (IDOs) for CY 2021 and to plan and conduct workshop for the improvement of NIA’s project implementation for CY 2022 and 2023.
Thorough discussion, reporting, assessment, and planning workshop on the individual accomplishments of field personnel for CY 2021, 2022, and 2023 were the methods used during the two-day RPW.
Some issues encountered in previous project implementation were also discussed by projects-in-charge in order to come up with solutions once encountered again in the future.
Aside from Engineering personnel and IDOs, present in the activity were Engr. Lorena B. Sioco, ACIMO Division Manager and Engr. Julieta E. Gallardo, ACIMO Engineering and Operations Section Chief, who both gave constructive feedbacks and assessment during reporting.
