Negros Occidental IMO welcomed Engr. Bernard N. Castellano as Acting Chief, Engineering & Operations Section vice Engr. Ma. Elena T. Basco who was reassigned to Antique IMO.
Engr. Castellano was introduced to NOIMO in a short program followed by orientation meetings with different Sections/Units.
