On her 14th day as Acting Division Manager, Engr. Edna L. Señadoza personally supervised the test run of the partially completed Imbang Gamay CIS in Brgy. Katilingban, Talisay City, Negros Occidental on May 02, 2024.
Imbang Gamay CIS has an allocation of P12,000,000.00 in CY 2023 for the construction of main and lateral canals including the concreting of a 200-meter road. The test run paved the way for partial irrigation water delivery to approximately 30 of hectares initial area.
IA President Mr. Regino Roldan, Ms. Katherine Day S. Gemotra of the City Agriculture Office, Engr. Roy Villarin of the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist, Mr. Mark Yulo Project in Charge and IDP Implementers Mr. Jaypee Mar G. Alicante CIS Centralizer and Mr. Riz Ralph N. Sapungan IDO-B were also present during the event.
