The NIA Regional Office VI Institutional Development Section successfully conducted its IDP Regional Review and Planning Workshop at the NIA Regional Office 6 RIM’s Quarter, Brgy. Tacas, Jaro, Iloilo City on March 12-15, 2024. The Review and Planning workshop was conducted to align and assess the accomplishments of the Irrigation Management Offices (IMOs) wherein each IMOs presented their physical and financial accomplishment for evaluation.
The activity aimed to review and evaluate the IMOs’ IDP Physical and Financial accomplishment as of December 31, 2023, as well as the status and accomplishment of the Convergence Program, Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP), IA Model Farm and IMT Implementation. The workshop was also conducted to plan and prepare the CY 2024 Program of Works and to present and discuss the IDP Direction for CY 2024.
This 4-day event included the presentation of the Memorandum of Agreement of Rice Contract Farming together with the NIA Central Office IDD personnel who attended online. The IDP Review and Planning Workshop was attended by the IDP Implementers and the Regional IDS Staff.
