NIA VI CONDUCTS MIDYEAR ASSESSMENT ON PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION FOR ANTIQUE IMO

The National Irrigation Administration Regional Office VI recently held a midyear assessment of project implementations under the Antique Irrigation Management Office (AIMO). Led by Engr. Bernard Castellano, Division Manager of AIMO, the gathering emphasized open communication and transparency in addressing project challenges. Engr. Castellano encouraged Project In Charge (PICs) to share any difficulties encountered during project execution to ensure smooth project continuation across Antique.

 

Engr. Rebecca F. Grana, Acting Division Manager of the Engineering and Operations Division, highlighted critical areas for evaluation within existing systems. She emphasized the Regional Office's commitment to support AIMO by providing necessary assistance and guiding contractors to maintain high implementation standards. This proactive approach aims to bolster project outcomes and meet the needs of local communities.
