NIA VI Conducts Exit Conference of the Management Audit for Recruitment and Selection Process

May 3, 2024 - The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Region VI held an Exit Conference of the Management Audit for Recruitment and Selection Process conducted from April 22 to May 2, 2024.

The Internal Audit Services (IAS) team led by Department Manager Atty. Pepito Padilla who convened virtually, and IAS team members Sr. Internal Control Officer A Ms. Christine Corpuz and Sr. Internal Control Officer B Mr. Julius Edwad Tapispisan were present to discuss the significant findings of their audit.

The core objective of the audit was to evaluate the efficiency of the region's recruitment procedures, adherence to NIA policies and legal regulations, and the accuracy of personnel records. By leveraging data-driven analysis and results, the team identified commendable observations and areas for enhancement to optimize service to stakeholders.
