
The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Regional Office VI successfully conducted its 2nd Quarter Assessment at the NIA Antique Irrigation Management Office (AIMO) on July 8, 2025. The activity aimed to evaluate project progress and improve operational efficiency in the province.
The assessment was led by Engr. Rebecca F. Grana, Acting Division Manager for Engineering and Operations, and Ms. Lyn Grace B. Causing, Division Manager A for Administrative and Finance.
AIMO Division Manager Engr. Bernard N. Castellano opened the session with an inspiring call for excellence, urging all Project-in-Charge (PICs) to go beyond compliance and aim for the top spot among all IMOs. “Let us not settle for average. Let’s work together to make Antique IMO rank No. 1 this calendar year,” Engr. Castellano encouraged.

Engr. Grana also reiterated the full support of the Regional Office in resolving local challenges, offering both technical and administrative assistance where needed. “We are here not only to evaluate but to empower. The Regional Office will continue to support AIMO in achieving its goals,” she affirmed.
The Antique Irrigation Management Office extends its sincere appreciation to the Regional Office for its steadfast support and guidance. Through this collaborative engagement, the office endeavors to further strengthen project implementation, enhance the delivery of services, and develop long-term strategies to effectively address recurring operational challenges.
As NIA Antique IMO advances into the third quarter of the year, its pursuit of excellence continues with renewed determination, grounded in accountability, strengthened by collaboration, and driven by a unified commitment to sustainable irrigation development.
