
The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Regional Office VI recently held a transformative training on "Enhancing Analytical and Creative Thinking: From Innate Potential to Professional Mastery” at Park Inn by Radisson in Iloilo to deepen both the analytical and creative competencies of the office’s workforce.
The training was led by NIA Regional Office VI, under the leadership of Acting Regional Manager Engr. Jonel B. Borres and through the office's Administrative Section led by Administrative Services Officer V, Ms. Maritess M. Bolinas.
The initial batch of the training brought together employees from various departments, all focused on building essential skills that will enable them to tackle challenges and develop innovative solutions in their respective fields.
Guided by resource person Ms. Charito F. Ybias, MBA-HRM, NIA employees practiced using analytical frameworks and creative techniques that are adaptable to real-world scenarios within the scope of the agency. These activities enhanced individual skill sets and fostered a collective atmosphere of innovation, allowing employees to share insights and strategies that could be applied to their everyday work.
By equipping employees with tools to expand their analytical and creative capacities, NIA is taking proactive steps toward fostering a dynamic workplace culture focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.
