
In compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 31 Series of 2023 with the subject: “2023 Commitment in Addressing Competency Gap”, the NIA Regional Office VI conducted an Interpersonal Communication Training Re: “Government Service Delivery Excellence Program”, which was attended by employees from the Regional office.
It was graced by resource speakers Teresita Menguillo, Administrative Officer V; John Esar David, Director II; and Mary Monica Tingson and Ramon Refugio Jr., Senior Human Resource Specialists, from the Civil Service Commission.
The training was organized to address competency gaps within the office and refresh employees with new information about Ease of Doing Business, which is mandatory for the delivery of excellent irrigation services.
