NIA RVI EMPLOYEES UPGRADE SKILLS IN PHOTOGRAPHY

NIA Region VI held a Photojournalism, Mobile Photography, and Basic Photo Editing Workshop in Negros Occidental on May 18-20, 2022.

The NIA Region VI Public Relations Team facilitated the conduct of the said workshop for Information Officers, Institutional Development Officers, Engineers, and other staff to improve their skills in photography and photo documentation of project progress, events, farming activities, and other NIA programs.

Mr. Kimwell Laluma, a well-known photographer of Negros Occidental who is also an instructor at the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos and a member of Negros Occidental Camera Club, served as the Resource Speaker for the training workshop.

The training workshop consisted of lectures on Photography and Photojournalism, fieldwork for practical exercise, and a workshop on Basic Mobile Editing.
