NIA-IGIMO CONCLUDED THE YEAR WITH A GIFT-GIVING ACTIVITY

The National Irrigation Administration-Iloilo-Guimaras Irrigation Management Office (NIA-IGIMO), led by Division Manager A, Engr. Randy C. Alipis, concluded the year with a successful and heartwarming gift-giving activity for the Indigenous People of Sitio Bangon-bangon, Brgy. Nueva Invencion, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo.

The event brought smiles to many faces as NIA employees distributed gift packs and Bagong Bayaning Magsasaka (BBM) Rice to the children and families. This marks the second consecutive year that NIA-IGIMO has fulfilled its commitment to giving back to the Ati Tribe Community, headed by Mr. Condrado Elosendo, in Brgy. Nueva Invencion, where the Barotac Viejo Small Reservoir Irrigation Project (BVSRIP) is located.

Together with the Barangay Officials, led by Hon. Mauro Tabaguera, Punong Barangay, NIA-IGIMO continues to demonstrate its dedication to social responsibility and improving the lives of the people it serves.
