NIA Negros Occidental IMO joined Panaad sa Negros Festival 2023 with the theme: Promise Renewed, where NIA showcased its programs, projects, and other activities for the farming households in the Province of Negros Occidental.
Panaad sa Negros is dubbed as festival of festivals that gathers all LGUs and line agencies in the province to feature their local history, products, tourism, projects, and other endeavors.
