On behalf of Acting Division Manager Engr. Edna L. Señadoza, Engr. Sheila G. Perales, Chief of the Engineering and Operations Section, received the Birada nga Pagdayaw—an appreciation award from the LGU of the Municipality of Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental.
The award recognized the outstanding contributions and positive influence of the Negros Occidental Irrigation Management Office (NOIMO) on the irrigation community of Moises Padilla. The award was presented by Hon. Ella Celestina D. Garcia-Yulo, Municipal Mayor, during the Magayon Hinuptanan Festival in Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental, on March 25, 2025.
