This activity is in accordance to the seven (7) quality objectives set by the National Irrigation Administration, which aims to provide timely, efficient, and sustainable irrigation services to the farmer-beneficiaries.
This year-end assessment is seen as an effective mechanism to identify constraints in project implementation and as a collective effort to employ effective measures to address those.
With NIA’s goal to improve the agency’s performance and elevate service delivery, it is necessary to develop strategies to implement quality projects and ensure timely completion of projects.
