June 21, 2024 - Engr. Bernard N. Castellano was sworn in as the Division Manager of the NIA Antique Irrigation Management Office at the NIA Central Office, Diliman, Quezon City, Metro Manila.
The oath-taking ceremony was administered by Senior Deputy Administrator Engr. Robert C. Suguitan together with OIC Deputy Administrator for Engineering and Operations Engr. Josephine B. Salazar. The NIA Administrator Engr. Eduardo Eddie Guillen also expressed his congratulations to Division Manager Engr. Bernard Castellano.
Engr. Bernard N. Castellano has been serving as the Acting Division Manager of Antique IMO since May 29, 2023, closely supervising irrigation management and development in the province of Antique.
