NIA USHERS 2022 THROUGH ACCENT WATER WALL

January 5, 2022 – NIA held a simultaneous nationwide Ushering 2022 event to welcome the new year with hope.

Through an Accent Water Wall that represents the agency’s pursuit for Synergy, Sustainability, and Security, NIA envisions to achieve better service for the Filipino Farmers.

The Water Wall signifies the synergy of competencies, dedication, and cooperation among employees to ensure sustainability to continually contribute to the attainment of our country’s food security.

Employees dropped stones that bear their names, into the bottom of the water wall, to reflect the synergy among the agency’s human resources.

The event was attended by all Regional Office and Iloilo-Guimaras Irrigation Management Office Employees led by their Division Managers, Engr. Randy C. Alipis (IGIMO), Ms. Lyn Grace B. Causing (R6 Adminstrative and Finance Division) and Engr. Robertino O. Lapena (Engineering and Operations Division).

All other IMOs (Aklan-Capiz, Antique, and Negros Occidental) also held their own Ushering 2022 event in their respective provincial offices.
