The Pagdugan Irrigator’s Association received the completed Pandugan Communal Irrigation System from the National Irrigation Administration-Iloilo-Guimaras Irrigation Management Office through a ceremonial turnover led by Division Manager A Engr. Randy C. Alipis on July 10, 2024 at the Barangay Gymnasium, Brgy. Sapal, San Lorenzo, Guimaras.
With the support of Acting Regional Manager Engr. Jonel B. Borres, a total of 17 members of the association headed by Mr. Julio Tanaleon, IA President will benefit from the newly repaired diversion structure and 150-meter bench flume that is expected to serve 18 hectares of farmland in Sitio Pandugan, Brgy. Sapal in the province of Guimaras.
Barangay Officials of Brgy. Pandugan was also in attendance to support and witness the ceremonial turnover of the project.
