The National Irrigation Administration – Regional Office VI under the leadership of Acting Regional Manager Engr. Jonel B. Borres and Negros Occidental Irrigation Management Office led by Acting Division Manager Engr. Edna L. Señadoza conducted a Reconciliation for One-Time PPE Cleansing from July 17-19, 2024. The said activity aims to reconcile records on Property, Plant and Equipment which were inventoried from September 5, 2023, to November 30, 2023.
Participants of the PPE One-Time Cleansing from the Regional Office were Ms. Joan D. Debarbo, Corporate Accounts Analyst; Ms. Niña Joy P. Gallarda, Sr. Accounting Processor A; Mr. Johnny V. Caluyo, Jr., Sr. Accounting Processor B; Ms. Grace F. Lopera, Sr. Supply Officer A; and Ms. Arlyn J. Javelosa, Sr. Economist A. On the other hand, Negros Occidental IMO was represented by Ms. Florentina L. Magbanua, Administrative Services Officer A and Chairperson of the NOIMO Inventory Committee, and 11 other members.
During the 3-day activity, the team was able to reconcile the building, vehicles and other movable properties, closed a record of 19 WSS-Communal Irrigation Systems representing 54 interventions, and reconciled another 29 CY 2018 – CY 2019 projects. They also came up with agreements and steps to be taken on how to complete the reconciliation process.
