• Office and field personnel of National Irrigation Administration Aklan-Capiz Irrigation Management Office in Aklan joins to this year’s Ushering with the theme: “Synergy, Sustainability, Security”. The event was simultaneously conducted on January 5, 2022 held at ACIMO Compound, Linabuan Sur, Banga, Aklan.

    This year’s Ushering showcases the NIA Water Accent Wall which represents the agency’s strength, power, inspiration, and respect.

  • NOIMO joins the simultaneous NIA Ushering 2022. Its theme “Synergy, Sustainability, Security” is being symbolized by NIA Water Accent Wall as adherence to the Year of the Tiger. At exactly 8:00 in the morning, NOIMO employees gathered in front of its newly constructed stage and activity center for this meaningful event.

  • January 5, 2022 – NIA held a simultaneous nationwide Ushering 2022 event to welcome the new year with hope.

    Through an Accent Water Wall that represents the agency’s pursuit for Synergy, Sustainability, and Security, NIA envisions to achieve better service for the Filipino Farmers.

  • The devastating effects of typhoon Odette temporarily hindered irrigation services but through the immediate and collective efforts of Irrigators’ Associations and NIA-NOIMO, water delivery in two National Irrigation Systems resumed few days after the onslaught of said typhoon.

  • NIA – NOIMO simultaneously deployed eleven (11) teams composed of technical and institutional people to assessed extent of typhoon damages to crops and irrigation systems/projects all over Negros Occidental. The province has been declared under State of Calamity through Provincial Executive Order No. 21-59, s. 2021.
